Cancellation policy

24 Hours notice is required for cancellations, or 100% of the fee is payable. At the companies discretion shorter notice may be given and the following will apply. Cancellation charges will apply if the vehicle has reasonably begun its journey to the collection point. The level of charge is dependant on the time of cancellation and the disruption caused.

Chauffeur price guide

• Mercedes E-Class £40.00 per hour
• Mercedes S-Class £55.00 per hour
• Mercedes V-Class £55.00 per hour
• Minimum hire is 4 hours

Executive price guide

• Journeys are based on £2.30 per mile.
• Our Minimum Fare is £30.00.
• Day Hire is £400.00 for 8 hours.
• Waiting Time £30.00 per hour pro rata.
• Meet and Greet fee for Airports and Stations £15.00.
• This is to cover all car parking charges and 1 hour waiting.
• All prices subject to VAT at Standard Rate.
• There is no VAT on Coach Booking.
